Provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions for all matters related to the processing of warranty claims and handling of all warranty paper flows, including technical queries as applicable.

| RESPONSIBILITIES |

Takes initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative or technical nature

Monitoring of systems and procedures used and recommends useful improvements

Minimization of any costs to the company

Keeps projects and tasks on schedule

Researches, drafts or summarizes reports as per managerial direction

Sets up "exception reporting" systems to handle routines without supervision

Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

Provides a variety of managerial support tasks that may be confidential and sensitive.

Researches, compiles, and prepares confidential and sensitive documents, and briefs the manager regarding the content.

Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents; handles some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the manager and staff.

As liaison between the manager and peers or others, transmits directives, instructions and assignments and follows up on status of assignments.

Reviews, proofreads and edits documents prepared for the manager’s signature.

Performs any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
